Introduction to Direct Customers

'Direct Customer' is a new profile created to cover the needs of your direct clients. These new profile's users will be able to consult and download contents like case studies, product presentations, newsletters, videos... All contents only available for this new profile's users.

Direct Customers Profile - Content Management

In Admin area, a new subsection under 'Service' tab is available to manage Direct Customers' contents. You can upload relevant files (PDF, excel sheets...) for 'Direct Customers' and they can consult and download them. 'Direct Customer' section is composed by 5 subsections:

• Direct Customers – Newsletters
• Direct Customers - Case Studies
• Direct Customers - Technical
• Direct Customers - Sales
• Direct Customers - Merchandising Requests
